Online Application
Read and accept the terms and conditions of the Cornwall Hill College Application.
Ensure that you have the following documentation ready in PDF or JPEG format ready before you start with the application process. (You will not be able to return to your application and incomplete applications will not be considered.) All documents need to be submitted in individual PDF or JPG.
- Clear copy of Birth Certificate of pupil
- Recent colour photo of the pupil
- Clear copy of Identity and or passport documents for both parents, and/or guardians and/or fee payers.
- Clear copy of Utilities account for Proof of Residence (lights & water or rates & taxes account of less than 3 months old)
- Proof of payment of (non-refundable) the provisional application fee of R500 per child
- Academic report from the previous school (Applicable from Grade 1-11)
- Any legal documentation regarding pupil eg adoption papers or proof of legal guardianship etc. (if applicable)
Complete the online application form. Once an application has been submitted successfully, the system will automatically send you a PDF of the application via email. Should you not receive the PDF, then the process has not been completed. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Payment of the non-refundable application fee of R500 per child needs to be done, banking details will be provided at the start of the online application process. Please have the proof of payment ready to upload as part of your application process.
IF YOUR APPLICATION IS SUCCESSFUL
Applicants could be called for a Placement Test and/or an Interview. Please note that this is not a confirmation of a place, but part of the application process.
IF A PLACE IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
Your child’s name will be placed in the waiting pool until such time as we can consider the application.
IF YOUR APPLICATION IS UNSUCCESSFUL
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible.
